Along with my partners, I founded Valley Mortgage Investments in September 2009. I currently serve as the company president. With the exception of my time at San Diego State University, I am a life-long resident of Bakersfield.

I started in the real estate industry as an appraiser in 1991. After 3 years in the appraisal field, I began a career in private money lending. For nearly 20 years I have originated or serviced approximately $100 million in private money loans. I work extensively with borrowers, investors, loan officers, and real estate agents in all facets of the lending and servicing industry.

I pride myself on my ability to work with all parties involved in the real estate lending field with an attitude of respect and a positive outlook.

Personally, I enjoy fishing, golfing, traveling, photography, and time with family and friends.
